摘要
为探究铁盐对好氧颗粒污泥(AGS)处理含盐废水污染物去除规律及颗粒化进程的影响,在中温条件下建立两个小试规模的反应器,通过改变进水盐度及铁盐含量,研究了磁性氧化铁对AGS去除污染物及颗粒化进程的影响,解析了铁盐及盐度胁迫下微生物群落的响应特征。结果表明,铁盐存在能缓解盐度对微生物抑制并加速污泥颗粒化。进水盐度为1.8%时,铁盐存在组内出水COD为17.2~26.5 mg/L。此外,铁盐存在组别内盐度对颗粒污泥胞外聚合物(EPS)增殖量较少,但促进了污泥粒径的增大,并提高了污泥沉降性。在盐度为1.8%时,铁盐组别内EPS含量为83.6 mg/g,污泥体积指数(SVI)降低至96.4 mL/g。此外,铁盐存在提高了颗粒污泥处理含盐废水中的Firmicutes和Nitrospirae的相对丰度至20.2%和4.5%。研究结果为AGS高效处理含盐废水提供了一定的理论依据和数据支撑。
In order to explore the effect of iron salts on the removal of pollutants and the granulation process of aerobic granular sludge(AGS)in the treatment of saline wastewater,two small-scale reactors were established under medium temperature conditions.The effect of magnetic iron oxide on the removal of pollutants and the granulation process of AGS was studied,and the response characteristics of microbial communities under iron and salinity stress were analyzed.The results show that the presence of iron salts can alleviate the inhibition of salinity on microorganisms and accelerate sludge granulation.When the influent salinity was 1.8%,the COD of the effluent in the presence of iron salts was 17.2~26.5 mg/L.In addition,the salinity in the presence of iron salts reduced the proliferation of extracellular polymer(EPS)in granular sludge,but promoted the increase of sludge particle size and improved sludge settling.When the salinity was 1.8%,the EPS content in the iron salt group was 83.6 mg/g,and the sludge volume index(SVI)decreased to 96.4 mL/g.In addition,the presence of iron salts increased the relative abundances of Firmicutes and Nitrospirae to 20.2%and 4.5%in the saline wastewater treated with granular sludge.The research results provide a certain theoretical basis and data support for the efficient treatment of saline wastewater by AGS.
