钢丝绳芯输送带剥头机结构的设计与研究

摘要 针对传统输送带剥胶过程工人劳动强度大、效率低、安全隐患大以及成本较高等问题,本文分析了钢丝绳芯输送带结构的组成和剥头工艺,设计了一种用于输送带更换的剥头机,利用切割装置旋进将输送带分股并采用圆形刀头逐根剥离,大大加快了剥胶速度,还介绍了剥头机硬件结构组成和关键部件,利用ABAQUS对其切割装置进行了动力学分析。结果表明,圆刀片在切割过程中,切割力随时间的延长会呈现先增大后减小的趋势,输送带的断切面平整度好,剥胶过程速度快且表面质量稳定,大大提高了剥胶速度,取得了满意的仿真结果。 In view of the traditional conveyor belt stripping process workers labor intensity,low efficiency,safety risks and high cost,this paper analyzes the wire rope core conveyor belt structure composition and stripping process,designed a stripping machine for conveyor belt replacement,using the conveyor belt split and circular blade,greatly accelerated the stripping speed.This paper introduces the hardware structure components and key components of the stripping machine,using ABAQUS for the dynamic analysis of the cutting device,the results show that the round blade in the cutting process,the cutting force increases first and then decreases with time,and the cutting surface of the conveyor belt is good,and the surface quality is stable.It greatly improves the speed of glue peeling and achieves satisfactory simulation results.
