摘要
国土空间规划体系已逐渐迈入新的历史时期。乡村规划作为国土空间规划的重要一环,迎来了深刻变革。在生态文明新时代的背景下,村庄土地整治是乡村振兴的基础性工作。同时,村庄规划对用地的分类和管理提出了更严格和精细的要求,村庄规划编制者需要掌握各类技术文件内涵以开展规划工作。文章以泉州市台商投资区长新村为例,结合此实践项目,以相关用地分类标准为参考,借助GIS探索村庄规划土地认定与转换的方法,并尝试通过此经验解决实际问题。
The territorial space planning system has gradually entered a new historical period.As an important part of territorial space planning,rural planning has undergone profound changes.Under the background of the new era of ecological civilization,village land consolidation is the basic work of rural revitalization.At the same time,the village planning puts forward more strict and refined requirements for the classification and management of land,and the personnel compiling the village planning needs to master the connotation of various technical documents to carry out the planning work.This paper takes Changxin Village in Taiwan Investment District of Quanzhou as an example,combines with this practical project,takes the relevant land classification standards as a reference,uses GIS as the basic tool to explore the methods of land identification and conversion in village planning,and tries to solve practical problems with this experience.
