摘要
准确把握大党独有难题的深刻内涵,需要从中国共产党独特的政党身份出发,从“难题”这一关键性概念入手,科学把握“独有”这一重要限定范畴。从性质、规模、角色、地位四个重要维度审视,中国共产党具有马克思主义政党、超大规模政党、长期执政党、全面领导党等多重身份于一体的政党独特性。这种独特性一方面型塑了中国共产党独特的政党样态,另一方面也使中国共产党面临多重政党难题,突出表现为始终保持马克思主义政党先进性的难题、超大规模政党的规模治理难题、巩固长期执政地位提升长期执政能力的难题,以及坚持和加强党的全面领导的难题。这几大难题在同一时空场域中叠加呈现,共同作用于百年大党建设和发展的全过程,由此构成大党独有难题的基本样态。
To accurately grasp the rich connotation of the special challenges of the large party,it is necessary to start from the unique identity of the CPC as a political party,from the key concept of"challenges",and scientifically grasp the important qualifying category of"unique".From the four dimensions of nature,scale,role and status,the CPC has the uniqueness of being a Marxist party,a super-sized political party,a long-term governing party and a comprehensive leading party.This uniqueness has not only shaped the unique party identity of the CPC,but also made the CPC face multiple unique challenges,including the difficulties of always maintaining the advanced nature of Marxist parties,the scale of governance of the world's largest party,the difficulties of consolidating the long-term ruling status and enhancing the long-term ruling capacity,and the difficulties of adhering to and strengthening the overall leadership of the Party.These major problems are superimposed in the same spatial and temporal field,acting together in the whole process of building and developing the large party for a century,thus constituting the basic pattern of the special challenges of a large party.
