摘要
基于芳纶色纤织物进行防污易去污整理生产实践,阐述芳纶色纤织物各工序加工要点,重点研究工艺参数的设定和质量控制关键点。得出:采用三防整理剂和易去污整理剂可对芳纶织物进行“防污易去污整理”,在获得“防污易去污”功能的同时,其整理不会影响芳纶织物的力学与阻燃性能,赋予芳纶织物新的功能,有利于拓宽其应用领域。
Based on the production practice of anti-fouling and easy decontamination finishing of aramid colored fiber fabric,this paper expounds the key points of each process processing of aramid colored fiber fabric but focuses on the setting of process parameters and the key points of quality control in each process processing.It is believed that the use of three anti-fouling finishing agents and decontamination finishing agents can be used to anti-fouling and easy decontamination finishing"on aramid fabric.While obtaining the function of"anti-fouling and easy decontamination",the finishing will not affect the mechanical and flame-retardant properties of aramid fabric,and give new functions to aramid fabric,which is conducive to broadening its application field.
