摘要
锚索桩板墙高效的结合了岩土锚固技术与传统支挡结构的优势,能有效降低施工成本,提高施工效率,在山区高速公路高填方路基中应用广泛。锚索桩板墙锚固桩的承载力是影响整个预应力锚索桩板墙支挡效果的关键因素之一。基于桩土体系的荷载传递规律,文章介绍了公路工程锚索桩板墙锚固桩的承载能力计算模式,总结了锚固桩的锚固承载能力影响因素,结合实际工程特定地质条件下锚索桩板墙人工挖孔锚固桩的施工工艺与质量控制,提出了基于锚固桩尺寸、基于桩身强度的施工质量控制措施。研究成果对公路工程锚索桩板墙人工挖孔锚固桩施工质量的控制及承载能力的研究具有一定的借鉴。
The anchor cable pile-board wall effectively combines the advantages of geotechnical anchoring technology and traditional retaining structure,which can effectively reduce the construction cost and improve the construction efficiency,and is widely used in the high fll roadbed of the mountain expressway.The bearing capacity of the anchoring piles of the anchor cable pile-board wall is one of the key factors affecting the retaining effect of the entire pre-stressed anchor cable pile-board wall.Based on the load transfer law of the pile-soil system,this paper introduces the calculation mode of the bearing capacity of the anchoring piles of the anchor cable pileboard wall in highway engineering,and summarizes the influencing factors of anchoring bearing capacity of the anchoring piles.Combining with the construction technology and quality control of manually excavated anchor pile under the specific geological conditions of actual engineering,and the construction quality control measures based on the size of the anchoring pile and the strength of the pile body are put forward.The research results have certain reference value for the construction quality control and bearing capacity research of the artificial dig hole anchoring pile of the anchor cable pile-board wall in highway engineering.
