放射性废物切割用带锯条失效后处置方法研究

摘要 带锯切割在放射性废物切割拆解中应用广泛,其具有可切割多种类型材料且无火险、不产生烟雾和气体,以及易于控制放射性污染的优点。但带锯条作为消耗品,在失效后需按照放射性金属废物处置。通过对放射性废物切割用带锯条的特性进行分析,研究了其处置方法,提出了在放射性热室内利用专用夹具与液压钳将其切割分段的方法,可满足放射性金属熔炼处置条件,并为其他放射性废物切割工具的处置提供了思路。 Band saw cutting is widely used in the cutting and dismantling of radioactive waste.It has the advantages of cutting various types of materials,no fire hazards,no smoke and gas generation,and easy control of the radioactive pollution.But as a consumable product,band saw blades need to be disposed of as radioactive metal waste after failure.Through the analysis of the characteristics of the band saw blade for radioactive waste cutting,the disposal method is studied,and the method of cutting and segmenting it in radioactive hot chamber by using special fixture and hydraulic pliers is proposed,which can meet the disposal conditions of radioactive metal smelting and provide ideas for the disposal of other radioactive waste cutting tools.
