不确定作业时间下机场地面保障关键环节研究

摘要 为了减少地面保障服务不足对航班运行正常性造成的影响,机场需要合理高效地分配地面保障资源。针对保障作业时间的不确定性,采用分布拟合和极大似然估计法求取了不同时段和机型下各保障环节作业时间的最优分布函数,研究了保障网络中关键路径及环节发生的随机性。根据一天内关键环节的动态变化情况,改进排序算法合理分配关键作业的保障资源。研究表明:提出的基于不确定作业时间的关键路径法可以捕捉到部分关键环节的随机变化情况。以加油环节为例,基于该环节的随机性对不同时段的航班进行差异化资源分配后,保障资源的利用率提高了24.5%,保障效率得到提升。 In order to reduce the impact of insufficient ground support services on flight operation,airports need to allocate ground support resources reasonably and efficiently.In view of the uncertainty of the support operation time,the optimal distribution function of the operation time of each support link in different periods and models is analyzed by using the distribution fitting and maximum likelihood estimation method.The randomness of the critical path and link in the support network is studied.According to the dynamic changes of key links in a day,the safeguard resources of key operations are reasonably allocated by sorting algorithm.The results show that the proposed critical path method based on uncertain operation time can capture the random changes of some key links.Taking the refueling link as an example,after the differentiated resource allocation of flights in different periods based on the randomness of this link,the utilization rate of support resources was increased by 24.5%,and the support efficiency was improved.
