无人机倾斜摄影测量技术在房地一体项目中的应用

摘要 针对传统不动产测量效率低、成本高、作业周期长的问题,提出采用倾斜摄影技术进行不动产测量的作业方案。利用倾斜摄影方式,获取高重叠度、高分辨率、多角度的影像,进行空三加密的解算及平差,生产得到实景三维模型,由此完成地籍图。利用外业采集的特征点,对其精度进行检测,结果表明,采用本方法生产的地籍图误差为5.9 cm,满足地籍图二级精度要求,外业工作量小,效率高,成本低,可为地籍图的生产提供借鉴。 In view of the problems of low efficiency,high cost and long operation cycle of traditional real estate measurement,the study puts forward an operation scheme of real estate measurement with tilt photography technology.With the oblique photography method,the image with high overlap,high resolution and multi-angle is obtained,and the solution and adjustment of space-three encryption are carried out to produce the real three-dimensional model,thus the cadastral map is completed.The feature points collected in the field is used to test its accuracy.The results show that the cadastral map produced by the method has an error of 5.9 cm,and its accuracy can meet the second-level accuracy requirements of the cadastral map.The small workload,high efficiency and low cost in the field can bring lessons for the production of cadastral maps.
