摘要
目的:探讨小儿肺炎支原体肺炎(MP)合并链球菌属感染肺炎(SP)多层螺旋CT(MSCT)影像学表现特征。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年12月黄冈市妇幼保健院2019年1月~2020年12月湖北省黄冈市妇幼保健院收治的52例MP+SP患儿作为研究对象,所有患儿均行MSCT检查,收集所有患儿临床及相关影像学资料,总结MSCT影像学表现及征象特征。结果:MP+SP患儿在MSCT检查中,胸腔积液发生率高、积液量多,且胸腔厚度、淋巴结直径均显著增大,并伴随支气管壁增厚、磨玻璃影、网状影和支气管血管束增厚、支气管充气相和肺气肿表现,可见无规律分布的肺叶内实变影。结论:MP+SP的影像学表现有明显淋巴结肿大、大量胸腔积液以及大片肺内实变影,而MSCT具有较高的图像分辨率,可清晰地显示出肺部组织结构,并对其进行多方位以及多角度的显示,对MP+SP的诊断具有重要临床价值。
Objective To investigate the imaging manifestations on multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)of Mycoplasmal pneumonia(MP)combined with Streptococcus pneumonia(SP)in children.Method 52 children with MP+SP who were enrolled treated in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Huanggang,Hubei Province,from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent MSCT examination,and all clinical and related imaging data were collected to summarize the imaging manifestations and signs in MSCT.Results In the MSCT examination of children with MP+SP,the incidence of pleural effusion was high and the amount of effusion was large.Meanwhile,the thickness of thoracic cavity and the diameter of lymph node were significantly increased,accompanied by thickening of the bronchial wall,ground-glass opacity,reticular shadow and thickening of the bronchovascular bundle,showing the irregular distribution of consolidation in lung lobe.Conclusion The imaging manifestations of MP+SP show obviously swollen lymph node,a large amount of pleural effusion,and a large intrapulmonary consolidation shadows.MSCT has a higher image resolution,can clearly display tissue structure of the lung,and display it in multiple directions and multiple angles,which has important clinical value for the diagnosis of MP+SP.
