摘要
本文简要介绍了基于不同机理的石墨烯制备方法及表征技术,基于优异的光电特性,着重讨论了5种石墨烯的光电特性应用,分别介绍了石墨烯在传感器、太阳能电池、柔性电加热元件、雷达吸波材料及光电干扰材料中的应用现状。最后对石墨烯光电特性及其应用前景进行了总结与展望。
This article briefly introduces the preparation methods and characterization techniques of graphene based on different mechanisms.Based on its excellent optoelectronic properties,it focuses on discussing the optoelectronic applications of five types of graphene,and introduces the current application status of graphene in sensors,solar cells,flexible electric heating elements,radar absorbing materials,and optoelectronic interference materials.Finally,the photoelectric properties and application prospects of graphene are summarized and prospected.
