摘要
数字化信息时代推动企业供应链管理向网络化、智能化方向发展,企业经营管理越来越需要融入数字思维。我国物流企业正在积极探索智慧转型之路,但是整体发展还处于初级阶段。识别数字化技术为物流企业赋予转型升级的能力具有重要的前沿性作用,有助于加快建设现代化物流强国、升级物流服务体验等。文章从相关概述、物流企业数字化赋能的影响因素、对不同主体的可行性建议这三个方面进行综合论述,希望能够为物流企业降本增效提供参考。
In the digital information age,enterprise supply chain management tends to develop in the direction of network and intelligence,and enterprise operation and management increasingly need to integrate digital thinking.Chinese logistics enterprises are actively exploring the road of intelligent transformation,but the overall development is still in the primary stage.Identifying the ability of transformation and upgrading given by digital technology to logistics enterprises plays an important frontier role,which helps to accelerate the construction of a modern logistics power and upgrade logistics service experience.This paper makes a comprehensive discussion from three aspects,such as related overview,influencing factors of digital empowerment of logistics enterprises and feasibility suggestions for different subjects,hoping to provide reference for logistics enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
