摘要 目的:探究不同处理对黄精种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,完善黄精种子有性繁育技术体系。方法:采用不同pH值的缓冲溶液、不同外源激素溶液和不同种子包衣剂,分别处理黄精种子,综合测定分析各处理对黄精种子萌发和幼苗生长影响。结果:酸性环境pH(4~6)中黄精种子的发芽势、发芽率、初生小球茎直径、须根数均高于碱性环境pH(8~10)。不同外源激素对黄精种子萌发和幼苗生长均有显著的促进作用。其中,6-BA处理组黄精种子的发芽势最高为20.00%,ABA处理组黄精种子的发芽率最高为44.00%,幼苗初生小球茎直径和须根数由高至低依次均为:ABA>6-BA>GA3>2,4-D。不同包衣剂对黄精种子萌发和幼苗生长均有一定的抑制作用,其中SLS处理组对黄精种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用最弱,且与CK组无显著差异(P<0.05)。综合评分表明,对黄精种子萌发和幼苗生长促进作用较强的处理组分别为:pH4处理组、ABA处理组和SLS处理组。结论:酸性土壤环境有利于黄精种子萌发和幼苗生长,100 mg/L ABA溶液可以显著促进黄精种子萌发和幼苗生长,SLS包衣剂可以作为黄精种子防治病虫害的优选包衣剂。 Objective:To explore the effects of different treatments on the germination and seedling growth of Polygonatum sibiricum Red.seeds,and to improve the sexual breeding technology system of P.sibiricum seeds.Methods:Using buffer solutions with different pH values,different exogenous hormone solutions,and different seed coating agents,the P.sibiricum seeds were treated separately,and the effects of each treatment on the germination and seedling growth of P.sibiricum seeds were comprehensively measured and analyzed.Results:The germination potential,germination rate,primary bulb diameter,and number of fibrous roots of P.sibiricum seeds in the acidic environment pH(4~6)were higher than those in the alkaline environment pH(8~10).Different hormones had significant promoting effects on the germination and growth of P.sibiricum seeds.Among them,the germination potential of P.sibiricum seeds in the 6-BA treatment group was the highest at 20.00%,while the germination rate of P.sibiricum seeds in the ABA treatment group was the highest at 44.00%.The diameter of the primary glomerular stem and the number of fibrous roots were in descending order:ABA>6-BA>GA3>2,4-D.Different coating agents had certain inhibitory effects on seed germination and seedling growth of P.sibiricum,among which the SLS treatment group had the weakest inhibitory effect on seed germination and seedling growth of P.sibiri⁃cum,and there was no significant difference compared to the CK group(P<0.05).The comprehensive scoring results indicate that the pH4 treatment group,ABA treatment group,and SLS treatment group had strong promoting effects on seed germination and seedling growth of P.sibiricum.Conclusion:The acid soil environment was conducive to the seed germination and seedling growth of P.sibiricum,and 100 mg/L ABA solution could significantly promote the seed germination and seedling growth of P.sibiricum.The SLS coating agent could be used as the best coating agent for P.sibiricum seeds to prevent diseases and pests.
