电动葫芦能效智能化测试系统

摘要 本文分析了传统电动葫芦试验台的不足,研发了一套基于物联网和云平台技术的自动化能效测试系统,该系统集控制、采集、存储、计算、无线传输、数据分析、数据展示为一体。该系统体积小、重量轻,数据同步采集,可以方便携带到任何现场,并且可以远程无人值守测试,为电动葫芦能效测试、能耗在线监测、节能监管提供了技术手段,解决了传统测试工作量大、测试效率低、人为误差和计算误差大、无法现场测试、能效测试无法得以推广的难题。 This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional electric hoist test bench,and develops an automatic energy efficiency testing system based on the Internet of Things and cloud platform technology.The system integrates control,acquisition,storage,calculation,wireless transmission,data analysis,and data display.The system is small in size,light in weight,synchronous data acquisition,which can be easily carried to any site,and can be remotely unattended testing.It provides a technical means for electric hoist energy efficiency testing,online energy consumption monitoring,and energy conservation supervision,and solves the problems of large traditional testing workload,low testing efficiency,large human error and calculation error,unable to conduct on-site testing,and unable to promote energy efficiency testing.
