摘要
目的探讨朱琏针法联合巨刺法治疗顽固周围性面瘫的临床效果。方法将90例顽固周围性面瘫患者随机分为结合针法组、巨刺法组、朱琏针法组,每组30例。在面肌康复训练的基础上,给予巨刺法组在健侧面部和四肢腧穴隔日行针刺治疗,给予朱琏针法组在患侧面部和四肢腧穴隔日行针刺治疗,给予结合针法组朱琏针法结合巨刺法治疗。评估治疗前后采用House-Brackmann分级法和Ross量表评估患者的面神经功能。治疗后评估3组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,3组患者的House-Brackmann分级均优于治疗前、Ross量表评分均高于治疗前,且结合针法组的House-Brackmann分级均优于巨刺法组及朱琏针法组,Ross量表评分均高于巨刺法组及朱琏针法组,临床疗效均优于巨刺法组及朱琏针法组(均P<0.05)。结论采用朱琏针法联合巨刺法治疗顽固周围性面瘫患者,能更好地改善患者面神经功能,提高临床疗效。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhu Lian′s acupuncture combined with Jucifa for the treatment of intractable peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A total of 90 patients with intractable peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into combined acupuncture group,Jucifa group,or Zhu Lian′s acupuncture group,with 30 cases in each group.Based on facial muscle rehabilitation training,the Jucifa group received acupuncture therapy of alternate day at acupoint of normal side of the face and limbs,the Zhu Lian′s acupuncture group received acupuncture therapy of alternate day at acupoint of affected side of the face and limbs,and the combined acupuncture group received Zhu Lian′s acupuncture combined with Jucifa therapy.The pre-and post-treatment facial nerve function of patients was evaluated by employing the House-Brackmann classification and Ross scale.The clinical efficacy of patients in the three groups was evaluated after treatment.Results After treatment,the House-Brackmann classification in the three groups was superior to before treatment,and Ross scale score in the three groups was higher as compared with before treatment;in addition,the combined acupuncture group yielded a superior House-Brackmann classification,a higher Ross scale score,and a superior clinical efficacy as compared with the Jucifa and Zhu Lian′s acupuncture groups(all P<0.05).Conclusion Employing Zhu Lian′s acupuncture combined with Jucifa for the treatment of intractable peripheral facial paralysis can preferably ameliorate facial nerve function of patients,and improve clinical efficacy.
