摘要
根据台风形成发展的机理及过程,分析了陈村水库流域地理位置与台风影响的关系,通过历史台风统计分析和多年台风应对案例研究,掌握了台风影响流域及电站的基本规律,为台风期间安全行洪和变害为利提供了较好的策略支撑,可为其他电站台风影响评价和台风降雨风险应对提供参考。
According to the mechanism and process of formation and development of typhoons,the relationship between geographical location of Chencun reservoir basin and impact of typhoons is analyzed.Through the statistical analysis of historical typhoons and the case study of typhoon response,the basic law of typhoon impact is grasped,which provides good strategic support for safe flood discharge and turning disasters into benefits during typhoons,and can provide reference for typhoon impact assessment and rainfall risk response of other power stations.
