摘要
补肺活血胶囊由黄芪、赤芍和补骨脂3味中药组成,具有益气活血、补肺固肾等功效。角药作为中医一种特殊的方药模式,蕴含着多种配伍形式。通过角药理论分析补肺活血胶囊的方药结构,发现该方具有气血同调、升降相因、金水相生、攻补皆施、寒温并行和减毒配伍的组方特点,为研究该方的制方理论提供了新的思路。
Bufei Huoxue Capsule is composed of Huangqi,Chishao andBuguzhi,and has the effects of replenishing Qi and promoting blood circulation,and invigorating the lung and the kidney.As a special formula mode in traditional Chinese medicine,angle medicine contains a variety of compatibility forms.The structure of Bufei Huoxue Capsule is studied through the angle medicine theory,and it is found that the prescription has the characteristics of the harmony of Qi and blood,interde-pendence of Qi ascending and Qi descending,mutual promotion of metal and water,combination of tonification and purgation,combination of coldness and warmness,and toxin reduction compatibility,which provide a new idea for the prescription′s formula theory.
