基于国产ECU的非道路发动机控制策略软件开发

摘要 为满足非道路国四阶段排放法规要求,结合非道路市场个性化行业属性需求,自主构建了适用于非道路发动机匹配的电控单元(ECU)硬件平台与ECU软件平台。在成熟国产ECU硬件基础上,对标国际主流规范设计应用层软件分层架构,基于标准接口进行应用软件自主集成开发;软件策略主要开发燃油系统、进排气系统、选择性催化还原/颗粒捕集(SCR/DPF)控制等功能,同时完成非道路定制化整车功能开发。进行了硬件在环(HIL)测试与发动机台架验证,结果表明,软件功能满足非道路国四阶段排放法规、后处理控制及诊断的控制需求。通过国产定制开发ECU,实现非道路电控系统自主开发。 In order to meet the requirements of the of-road stage IV enmission regulations and the personalized industry need of the of road market.Based on the mature domestie ECU hardware,the layered architecture of application layer software is designed according to the international mainstream speeifications,and the independent integrated development of application software is carried out based on the standard interface;The software strategy mainly develops the functions of fuel system,intake and exhaust system,SCR/DPF control,and completes the function development of off-road customized vehidle.The results of HIL test and engine bench verification show that the sofware function meets the control requirements of of-road stage IV enmission regulation,after-treatment control and diagno-sis.Through the domestic customized development of ECU,the independent development of oF-road electronie control system is realized.
