摘要
铝基复合材料是工业中应用最广泛的有色金属结构材料。其中,层状铝基复合材料可以借助不同金属与铝合金直接构筑形成层状结构,从而表现出更优异的综合力学性能。累积叠轧(ARB)作为一种成熟的制备层状铝基复合材料的方法,因其设备要求简单、操作简便、易于工业化的优点而一直备受关注。本文综述了近几年累积叠轧制备铝基复合材料的研究现状,并对其发展趋势进行了分析和展望,指出了累积叠轧制备层状铝基复合材料今后的发展方向和研究重点。
The aluminum matrix composites are the most widely used non-ferrous structural materials in industry.Among them,the laminated aluminum matrix composites can be directly constructed with different metals and aluminum alloys to form laminated structures,thus showing better comprehensive mechanical properties.The accumulative rolling bonding(ARB),as a mature method to prepare laminated aluminum matrix composites,has attracted much attention because of its advantages,such as simple equipment requirements,easy operation and easy industrialization.In this paper,the research status of aluminum matrix composites prepared by ARB in recent years was reviewed,and its development trend was analyzed and prospected.The future development direction and research focus of laminated aluminum matrix composites prepared by accumulation rolling bonding were pointed out.
