摘要
在复杂地形条件下确保隧道施工安全性的同时保证施工进度,选择合理的施工方案尤为重要。以夏鹃路下穿智慧公园隧道为依托,从结构安全、经济、进度等方面对双侧壁导坑法和三台阶七步开挖法进行了对比分析,对比论证得出在本工程中前者优于后者。并通过数值模拟方法,对使用三台阶七步开挖法施工的隧道洞口段和洞身段在不同支护方法下引起的拱顶下沉、围岩收敛进行分析,分析结果表明:在使用三台阶七步开挖法进行隧道施工时,洞口段适合采取管棚+锁脚锚杆+临时仰拱+双层超前小导管的联合支护,洞身段适合采取双层超前小导管+锁脚锚杆+临时仰拱的联合支护。
It is particularly important to choose a reasonable construction plan to ensure the safety of tunnel construction while safeguarding the construction progress under complex terrain conditions.In this paper,the authors compare and analyze the double sidewall guide pit method and the three-step sevenstep method in terms of structural safety,economy and schedule,based on the tunnel under Xiajuan Road underneath passing Smart Park,and conclude that the former is better than the latter in this project.The results of the analysis show that when using the three-step seven-step method for tunnel construction,the joint support of pipe shed+locking foot anchor+temporary elevation arch+double-layer overrunning small conduit is suitable for the cavern entrance section,and the double-layer overrunning small conduit+locking foot anchor+temporary elevation arch is suitable for the cavern body section.
