摘要
结合潮州某220 kV全户内变电站配电装置楼项目,介绍了变电站配电装置楼采用基础隔震的设计方法,应用PKPM-GZ软件进行了一体化隔震设计与分析,验算了隔震设计的有效性,分析了采用基础隔震后与非隔震结构的地震响应。主要结论如下:不同振型下,隔震结构的周期和阻尼比均增大,周期延长明显,能够有效降低水平地震引起的结构破坏,采用基础隔震后,楼层剪力明显减小,x向地震作用下,底部楼层剪力减小了34%,y向地震作用下,底部楼层剪力减小了41%,隔震层以上楼层最大位移和位移角均减小,隔震结构剪重比小于非隔震结构。
Combined with a 220 kV indoor substation configuration building project in Chaozhou,a design method of base isolation used in substation configuration building is introduced.The integrated isolation design and analysis of the configuration building are carried out by using PKPM-GZ software.The effectiveness of the isolation design is checked,and the seismic response of the power distribution tower adopting base isolation structure and non-isolated structure is analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn:under different vibration modes,both the period and damping ratio of the isolated structure increase,and the period is prolonged obviously,which can effectively reduce the structural damage caused by horizontal earthquakes.After adopting base isolation,the floor shear force is reduced obviously.The bottom floor shear force is reduced by 34%and 41%under the action of the x-direction earthquake and the y-direction earthquake,respectively.The maximum displacement and displacement angle of the isolation layer and floors above the isolation layer are reduced,and the shear-gravity ratio of the isolated structure is smaller than that of the non-isolated structure.
