摘要
全面质量管理自20世纪60年代诞生以来,在全世界范围内得到蓬勃发展。首先介绍全面质量管理的概念、内容和发展历史,接着阐述目前中国国有企业质量管理存在的主要问题,然后以蓝星(北京)化工机械有限公司为例,详细介绍企业推行全面质量管理的十个步骤。经过两年多的实践,公司的面貌发生了翻天覆地的变化,员工质量意识明显增强,解决问题能力显著提高,产品质量得到改善,流程得到优化,团队形成了良好的合作氛围。
Since the birth of total quality management in the 1960s,it has been developing vigorously all over the world.This paper introduces the concept,content and development history of total quality management,then expounds the main problems existing in the quality management of state-owned enterprises in China,and then takes Blue Star(Beijing)Chemical Machinery Co.,Ltd.as an example to introduce in detail the ten steps of implementing total quality management in enterprises.After more than two years of practice,the status of the company has undergone earth shaking changes.The employees’quality awareness has been signif icantly enhanced,the ability to solve problems has been signif icantly improved,the product quality has been improved,the process has been optimized,and the team has formed a good cooperation atmosphere.
