接枝物含量对高层建筑用GF/PP复合材料性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高高层建筑用材料的力学性能,采用熔融共混的方法,在玻璃纤维(GF)增强聚丙烯(PP)复合材料中加入马来酸酐接枝PP(PP-g-MAH)与马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃(POE-g-MAH),分析接枝物含量对复合材料拉伸性能、弯曲性能以及冲击性能的影响。研究表明:当POE-g-MAH或PP-g-MAH的加入量为4 g时,复合材料的流动性明显改善,达到了最大熔体流动速率。当基体中接枝物含量上升后,复合材料的拉伸强度表现为先增大后减小的变化趋势,弯曲强度以及弯曲弹性模量都出现了先增大后减小的变化趋势,并在含有4 g接枝物时达到最大。当复合材料中接枝物含量增大后,含有POE-g-MAH接枝物的复合材料的冲击强度迅速增大。扫描电镜显示,加入接枝物后GF表面上存在明显附着物,GF和PP基体之间形成了良好相容性。 In order to improve the mechanical properties of high-rise building materials,maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene(PP-g-MAH)and maleic anhydride grafted polyolefin(POE-g-MAH)were added into glass fiber(GF)reinforced polypropylene(PP)material by melt blending method,and the effects of the grafts content on the tensile properties,bending properties and impact properties of the composites were analyzed.The results show that when the addition amount of POE-g-MAH or PP-g-MAH is 4 g,the composites fluid⁃ity is obviously improved and the maximum melt flow rate is reached.When the grafts content in the matrix increases,the tensile strength of the composites increases first and then decreases,and the bending strength and bending elastic modulus increase first and then decrease,and reach the maximum when the grafts con⁃tent is 4 g.The impact strength of the composites containing POE-g-MAH increases rapidly when the the grafts content in the composites increases.Scanning electron microscopy shows that there is obvious adhe⁃sion on GF surface after adding grafts,and good compatibility between GF and PP matrix is formed.
