摘要
我国护理事业正处于全面改革和快速发展的阶段,不管是临床护理还是护理教育等各方面都需要先进的理念来推动发展。近年来,成果导向教育(outcome-based education,OBE)理念在国内外护理领域获得了广泛地应用与推广。文章通过分析OBE理念的起源、概念、发展及优势,总结OBE理念在我国护理学课程教学、护理临床实习培训、临床护理人员职业培训中的应用现状,OBE理念的应用可使护理学生、临床护理人员提高学习兴趣、自主学习能力、沟通表达能力和临床实践能力等,具有独特的教育优势。文章分析OBE当前在国内护理领域的应用,发现目前研究存在的问题,并探讨OBE理念对护理行业的启示,为后续护理教育改革提供经验借鉴。
China's nursing industry is in a stage of comprehensive reform and rapid development,whether it is clinical nursing or nursing education and other aspects need advanced concepts to promote development.In recent years,the concept of outcome-based education(OBE) has been widely used and promoted in the field of nursing at home and abroad.By analyzing the origin,concept,development and advantages of OBE concept,this paper summarizes the application status of OBE concept in nursing course teaching,nursing clinical internship training and professional training of clinical nursing staff in China,and the application of OBE concept can enable nursing students and clinical nursing staff to improve their learning interest,independent learning ability,communication and expression ability and clinical practice ability,etc.,and have unique educational advantages.This paper analyzes the current application of outcome-oriented education in the field of nursing in China,finds the problems existing in the current research,and discusses the enlightenment of the outcome-oriented education concept to the nursing industry,so as to provide experience for the subsequent reform of nursing education.
