摘要
丁香罗勒见于维吾尔药学古籍《药物之园》,是罗勒属的一种传统药食两用植物,丁香罗勒油是其重要活性成分,于药典中有收录。现代研究表明丁香罗勒油化学成分多样,但主要成分类别较为单一,主要为醇酚类和萜烯类成分。现代药理和临床研究表明,丁香罗勒油具有抑菌、抗真菌、抗氧化、抗炎、镇痛、杀虫驱虫和松弛肠道平滑肌等药理活性,在消化系统和皮肤系统等疾病的治疗方面具有潜在的应用价值和广阔的市场前景。本文对近年来有关丁香罗勒油化学成分、药理活性和临床应用的研究成果进行综述,以期为丁香罗勒油的深入研究和开发利用提供参考依据。
Ocimum gratissimum L.,recorded in ancient Uyghur medical book The Garden of Medicines(Yao Wu Zhi Yuan),is a traditional variety of Ocimum plants,with medicinal and edible values.O.gratissimum oil is its important active ingredient,which is included in Chinese Pharmacopeia.Modern studies have found that the chemical composition of O.gratissimum oil is diverse,while its main composition type is relatively single,mainly alcohol/phenols and terpenes.Modern pharmacology and clinical studies have indicated that O.gratissimum oil has antibacterial,antifungal,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,insect repellent,intestinal smooth muscle-relaxing and other pharmacological activities,and has a wide range of applications and promising market prospects in the treatment of digestive system diseases and skin diseases.This study reviewed the research results on the chemical composition,pharmacological activity and clinical application of O.gratissimum oil in recent years,with a view to providing reference for the in-depth research and development and utilization of O.gratissimum oil.
