中频供电自动切换控制系统设计

摘要 中频供电系统是保证工厂生产运行的动力系统。为确保中频供电的不间断输出,一旦工作变频器出现故障,就需通过切换控制系统将供电输出切换至备用变频器。主要介绍了自动切换控制系统的总体设计方案,详细阐述了系统设计过程中的2个关键点,细致分析了2个难点问题,最后介绍了系统应用情况。通过应用情况,验证了设计完成的自动切换控制系统达到了设计要求,为生产线的稳定、安全运行提供了保障。 The intermediate frequency power supply system is the power system to ensure the production and operation of the plant.In order to ensure the uninterrupted output of intermediate frequency power supply,once the working frequency converter fails,it is necessary to switch the power supply output to the standby frequency converter through the switching control system.The overall design scheme of the automatic switching control system is introduced,the two key points in the system design process are elaborated in detail,the two difficult problems are analyzed in detail,and finally the system application is introduced.Through the application,it is verified that the designed automatic switching control system meets the design requirements,which provides a guarantee for the stable and safe operation of the production line.
