摘要
设计了一个新医学科学与技术综合性实验。将光热-光动力协同抗菌纳米涂层的制备、表征和抗菌性能分析应用于生物医学科学专业综合实验中,以提高学生的科研课题设计和实践能力。实践表明,该综合实验可以让学生了解抗菌纳米材料的国内外研究热点,以及分析测试方法的原理和用途,掌握课题设计思路、实施技能和机理分析方法,提高学生的科研实践能力。
We design a comprehensive experiment of new medical science and technology.In order to improve the students'scientific project design and practical ability,the preparation,characterization,and photothermal-photodynamic antibacterial properties analysis are included in the comprehensive experiment.It has been proved that this comprehensive experiment can help students understand the research hotspots of antibacterial nanomaterials,as well as the basic principles of advanced characterization,master the design ideas,implementation skills and antibacterial mechanism analysis methods,and comprehensively improve students’scientific literacy and practical ability.
