摘要
准确测定硫酸钡含量,对于评价重晶石的品级十分重要[1]。但测试过程一直是繁琐的,分析工作者有些改进,如碘量法、酸碱滴定法、高热硫酸溶解重量法等,手续仍较繁杂[2]。本文通过改进前处理,比对并优化了行业标准HG/T 3588-1999《化工用重晶石》[3]等方法中用于消除干扰影响的掩蔽手段,经过条件实验,提出将样粉用酸溶解并掩蔽共存组分干扰后,直接反应为目的物BaSO_(4)。经过滤洗涤,BaSO_(4)与可溶性杂质分离,灼烧沉淀,即可求得BaSO_(4)(Ba元素)的含量,建立了准确且快速的测定方法。本法简便快速、易于掌握,精确度高、准确度好,测试结果优于HG/T 3588-1999《化工用重晶石》,有很好的实用价值。
Accurate determination of barium sulfate content is crucial for evaluating the grade of barite.However,the testing process has al-ways been cumbersome,and analysts have made some improvements,such as iodometry,acid-base titration,and high heat sulfuric acid dissolution gravimetric method.The procedures are still quite complicated.This article improves the pre-treatment,compares and optimizes the masking methods used to eliminate interference effects in industry standards such as HG/T 3588-1999“Barite for Chemical Industry”.After conditional experiments,it is proposed to dissolve the sample powder with acid and mask the interference of coexisting components,and directly react to the target substance BaSO_(4).After filtration and washing,BaSO_(4) was separated from soluble impurities,and precipitated by burning to obtain the content of BaSO_(4)(Ba el-ement).An accurate and rapid determination method was established.This method is simple,fast,easy to master,with high accuracy and good accu-racy.The test results are superior to HG/T 3588-1999“Barite for Chemical Industry”and have good practical value.
