结晶型聚合氮化碳类半导体材料的光催化研究进展

摘要 氮化碳光催化剂的研究取得了越来越多的成就,但其存在难以充分利用可见光、光生电子-空穴复合严重等问题,为提高光催化性能,科学工作者探索了多种提高氮化碳材料结晶度的方法,包括如高温和高压路线、离子热合成和微波辅助合成。以改善电荷分离和传输,提高光催化性能。本文总结了结晶型氮化碳的合成及其在光催化中的应用所取得的进展。 The research on carbon nitride photocatalysts has made more and more achievements,but they have problems such as difficulty in making full use of visible light and serious photogenerated electron-hole complexation.To improve photocatalytic performance,scientists have ex-plored various methods to improve the crystallinity of carbon nitride materials,including,for example,high temperature and high pressure routes,ion-othermal synthesis and microwave-assisted synthesis.To improve charge separation and transport and enhance photocatalytic performance.This pa-per summarises the progress made in the synthesis of crystalline carbon nitride and its application in photocatalysis.
