摘要
采用AHP-熵权-TOPSIS法构建了包含初始投资、运行成本、材料性能、几何与能耗参数在内的评估我国现役粮食平房仓屋面架空层改造综合效益的决策指标体系,进而得到包含总目标、一级指标和二级指标的综合评价模型。以夏季具有湿热气候的赣州地区为例,从经济性、隔热性能、通风能耗和安全性等方面对赣州直属库粮食平房仓屋面架空层改造过程中多种方案进行了分析,采用AHP与熵权法确定各指标的综合权重,评估了赣州直属库粮食平房仓屋面改造综合效益,运用TOPSIS法得出了各方案与理想解的贴近度(0.795、0.563、0.445和0.339)进而确定了最优方案(贴近度0.795)。通过赣州实际工程运行数据验证了该模型在粮食平房仓架空层隔热改造优化研究中的有效性和适用性。
Improving the thermal insulation performance of granary enclosure plays a key role in realizing safe,economic and high-quality grain storage.Double skin roof in civil buildings is an effective measure to reduce the heat of solar radiation entering the room in summer.With the TOPSIS-entropy weight-AHP method,a decision-making index system including initial investment,operating cost,material performance,geometry and energy consumption parameters was constructed to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of the reconstruction of the double-skin roof in grain warehouses in China.Then a comprehensive evaluation model was obtained containing the target layer,criterion layer and index layer.Taking hot climate district(Ganzhou in this paper)as an example,which was characterized by a hot and humid summer condition,the double-skin roof optimization in grain warehouse was evaluated in terms of economy,heat insulation performance,ventilation energy consumption and safety.A variety of schemes were analyzed in the process of rebuilding the double-skin roof of Ganzhou warehouse.AHP and entropy weight method were used to determine the comprehensive weight of each index.The comprehensive benefits of the roof renovation of Ganzhou warehouse were evaluated.The results showed that the initial investment,material properties,power consumption of auxiliary equipment and bearing capacity of the original structural layer had greater weight on results evaluation;while running cost,thickness of overhead panel and service life of double-skin roof were less obvious factors.The closeness between each scheme and the ideal solution(0.795,0.563,0.445 and 0.339)was obtained by TOPSIS method,and then the optimal scheme(closeness 0.795)was determined.The effectiveness and applicability of the model in optimization study for double-skin roof design in grain warehouse was verified by the actual project operation data in Ganzhou.The evaluation model based on TOPSIS-entropy weight-AHP method could reduce the mistake of single weighting method and provide a
