摘要 【目的】为研究超高性能混凝土(Ultra-High Performance Concrete,简称UHPC)对钢筋混凝土柱的轴压性能的影响。【方法】选取1个普通混凝土柱和3个UHPC加固的钢筋混凝土柱进行竖向轴压模拟试验,研究不同加固材料、加固层厚度对钢筋混凝土柱轴心受压性能的影响情况。【结果】研究结果表明:UHPC加固的钢筋混凝土柱和普通钢筋混凝土柱的荷载—位移曲线趋势基本一致,但UHPC加固的钢筋混凝土柱轴压承载力提升更为明显,并且随着加固层厚度的增加,承载不断提高。本研究分别选取20 mm、30 mm、40 mm厚度的UHPC加固层钢筋混凝土柱与普通钢筋混凝土柱进行承载力比较,加固后的钢筋混凝土柱承载力分别提高了154.6%、192.9%、264.1%。【结论】对试验结果进行分析,为进行承载力试验提供了数据支持,也为工程实际提供理论依据。 [Purposes]This paper is to study the effect of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)on the axial compression performance of reinforced concrete columns.[Methods]Simulation experiments of vertical axis pressure were conducted for one ordinary concrete column and three reinforced concrete columns consolidated by UHPC.The effects of different reinforcing materials and thickness of reinforcing layer on the axial pressure performance of reinforced concrete columns were examined.[Findings]The results show that the load bearing curve and displacement curve of UHPC consolidated reinforced concrete columns and ordinary reinforced concrete columns are basically the same,but the bearing capacity of the axis of the UHPC consolidated reinforced concrete columns is much better than conventional reinforced concrete columns and is continuously improved with the increase in the thickness of the reinforcing layer.In this study,20 mm,30 mm and 40 mm of the UHPC consolidated reinforced concrete columns were selected.They are compared with the conventional reinforced concrete columns in terms of the bearing capacity,and the bearing capacity of the consolidated reinforced concrete increased by 154.6%,192.9%and 264.1%respectively.[Conclusions]The analysis of the test results provides data support for the bearing capacity test and also provides a theoretical basis for engineering practice.
