摘要
在工业生产与日常生活影响下,我国的很多淡水水域受到有机化工材料的污染,已经无法使用,为减少水域污染,基于微电解法设计高浓度有机化工废水处理方法。准备相关试剂与仪器与实验反应原理,配置有机化工废水,制备电解质填料,设计废水检测方法,获取吸收光峰值,设置降解率计算方法,得到各参数下有机化工废水的处理结果。实验数据显示,铁碳比为6∶1,填充物质比例在40%~50%之间,且高温炉的煅烧温度为300℃时,废水的处理效果最好,有机化合物的降解率达到最大值。
Under the influence of industrial production and daily life,many fresh water areas in China have been polluted by organic chemical materials and can no longer be used.In order to reduce water pollution,a high concentration organic chemical wastewater treatment method is designed based on micro electrolysis.Prepare relevant reagents and instruments and experimental reaction principles,configure organic chemical wastewater,prepare electrolyte fillers,design wastewater detection methods,obtain peak absorption light,set degradation rate calculation methods,and obtain the treatment results of organic chemical wastewater under various parameters.The experimental data shows that when the iron carbon ratio is 6∶1,the proportion of filling materials is 40%~50%,and the calcination temperature of the high-temperature furnace is 300℃,the wastewater treatment effect is the best,and the degradation rate of organic compounds reaches the maximum.
