摘要 中国石油化工股份有限公司济南分公司产氢装置少,开工阶段氢气需求变化大,给制氢装置操作带来了极大困难。针对氢气收率低,氢气平衡困难的问题,提出了工艺和设备方面的多项措施。通过优化PSA单元操作,排查装置系统中的氢气损失,优化装置原料,提高工艺操作水平,在开工阶段进行间歇性产氢的方法,改进PSA吸附剂再生效果、稳定吸附压力,有效提高了装置氢气收率。 There are few hydrogen production units in Sinopec Jinan Refining&Chemical Company and the hydrogen demand changes greatly in the start-up stage,which brings great difficulties to the operation of hydrogen production units.Aiming at the problems of low hydrogen yield and difficult hydrogen balance,several measures in process and equipment are proposed.By optimizing the PSA unit operation,troubleshooting the hydrogen loss in the unit system,optimizing the unit raw materials,improving the process operation level,intermittent hydrogen production at the start-up stage,improving the PSA adsorbent regeneration effect,stabilizing the adsorption pressure,and effectively improving the hydrogen yield of the unit.
