摘要
我国泌尿系结石发病率呈现逐年升高趋势,给社会造成沉重负担。长期泌尿系结石将导致尿路梗阻、感染和不可逆的肾功能损害,严重影响患者生命健康和生活质量。研究泌尿系结石形成机制,寻找新的治疗靶点,预防结石肾损伤和远期纤维化,保护患者肾功能,是目前尿石症领域的热点和难点。本文就泌尿系结石实验研究的最新进展进行综述。
The morbidity of urinary tract stones in our country is increasing year by year,which causes a heavy burden to the society.Long term urinary tract stones can lead to urinary tract obstruction,infection,and irreversible renal function damage,seriously affecting patients’health and quality of life.Studying the formation mechanism of urinary tract stones,finding new therapeutic targets,preventing kidney damage and long-term fibrosis caused by stones,and protecting patient renal function are currently hot and difficult topics in the field of urolithiasis.This article reviews the latest progress in experimental research on urinary tract stones.
