摘要
批评话语研究认为,新话语是基于不同话语体系以及与之相关的社会因素的互动。文章以“双层-五步”为框架分析医学脱口秀中的话语互动。研究发现:医学脱口秀作为一种新话语,是基于医学话语与脱口秀话语的动态互动以及社会因素影响的结果。医学脱口秀的形成体现出了脱口秀话语的风靡以及医生对患者的人文关怀。
The study of critical discourse analysis believes that new discourse is based on the interaction between different discourse systems and its related social factors.This study analyzes discourse interaction in medical talk shows based on the framework of the"2-level 5-step"approach,which has found that medical talk shows,as a new form of integrated discourse,are based on the dynamic interaction between medical discourse and traditional talk show discourse,as well as the influence of social factors.The medical talk shows reflect the popularity of talk show discourse and the doctor's humanistic care for patients.
