摘要
在学习成果导向理念下,文章分析了食品工程原理课程传统授课模式的特点,剖析了开展课堂教学模式改革的必要性,详细阐述了在确定教学目标、组织教学过程、改进实践环节等方面的具体改革措施,对教育部倡导的“以学生为中心”的课堂教学模式进行了有益探索。研究结果表明,在食品工程原理课程中进行OBE理念指导下的课程设计,更能实现把课堂还给学生,催化教与学的有机融合,提升学生学习的内驱力,有利于培养学生分析问题、解决问题的能力和工程意识。
In the concept of Outcome-Based Education,this paper analyzed the characteristics of the traditional teaching mode of the Principle of Food Engineering course,and the necessity of carrying out the reform of classroom teaching mode,and then expounded in detail the specific reform measures in determining the teaching objectives,organizing the teaching process and improving the practical links,and made a beneficial exploration on the“student-centered”classroom teaching mode advocated by the Ministry of education.The results showed that curriculum design under the guidance of OBE concept in the course of Principle of Food Engineering can better return the classroom to students,and catalyze the organic integration of teaching and learning,and improve the internal driving force of students’learning,and cultivate students’ability to analyze and solve problems and engineering consciousness.
