摘要
构建绿色建筑产业链是规范发展绿色建筑的基础,建筑机电设备绿色评价是绿色建筑产业链的衍生体。本研究切合国家及省市绿色建筑推行重点,深度关注建筑机电设备,以全生命周期的视角,对机电设备建立综合评估模型,从产品的制造、包装、贮存、运输与安装、使用性能和处置再利用等方面对设备的性能、全生命周期的环境影响进行综合评价。重点介绍建筑电气常用设备(柴油发电机组、干式变压器)的绿色评价。
The construction of green building industry chain is the basis for the standardized development of green buildings,and thegreen evaluation of building E&M equipment is derived from the green building industry chain.This study follows the national and provincial key points of green building implementation,pays close attentiont to building E&M equipment,establishes a comprehensive evaluationmodelforE&M Iequipment from the perspective of full life circle,and comprehensively evaluates the performance and environmental impact of equipment from the aspects of product manufacturing,packaging,storage,transportation and installation,service performance and disposal and reuse.This paper mainly introduces the green evaluation of common building electrical equipment(diesel generator unit,dry-type transformer).
