摘要
建筑行业是中国现阶段国民经济发展体系中的支柱型产业。在建筑工程的施工过程中,现场管理的目的在于降低施工成本,提高施工现场运转的有序性与高效性,为施工质量的控制和施工效益的提高打好基础。将精细化管理手段和标准化管理手段应用到建筑工程的现状管理中,不仅可以提高建筑工程的现场管理水平,还可以提升整个建筑工程项目的品质。
The construction industry is the pillar industry in the development system of national economy in our country at present stage.In the construction process of construction engineering,the purpose of site management is to reduce the construction cost,improve the orderly and efficient operation of the construction site,and lay a good foundation for the control of construction quality and the improvement of construction efficiency.Applying refined management methods and standardized management methods to the status quo management of construction projects can not only improve the on-site management level of construction projects,but also improve the quality of the entire construction project.
