摘要
为多产低碳烯烃和低烯烃含量、高辛烷值汽油,中国石油大庆石化公司在其新建2.0 Mt a重油催化裂化装置上,采用中石化石油化工科学研究院有限公司开发的增强型多产异构烷烃并增产丙烯的催化裂化(MIP-CGP)技术,以专用CGP-C(DQ)催化剂加工俄罗斯原油和大庆原油的劣质重油。装置标定结果表明:对于裂化性较差的俄罗斯原油劣质蜡油和渣油,其裂化条件更加苛刻;采用增强型MIP-CGP技术加工俄罗斯原油劣质重油占比为63.34%的原料,最佳反应温度为530℃,剂油质量比为7.5;产品液化气产率达到26.73%(其中丙烯收率8.83%),液体产物总收率为80.82%,稳定汽油的烯烃体积分数为24.20%、研究法辛烷值为93.0,满足技术考核指标要求;同时,CGP-C(DQ)催化剂具有催化活性强、丙烯选择性高、抗钒性能好的特点。
In order to produce low-carbon olefins and high octane gasoline with low olefin content,the enhanced MIP-CGP technology developed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing Co.,Ltd.was used to increase the yield of isoalkanes and propylene in newly built 2.0 Mt a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit in PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Company.The inferior heavy oil from Russian crude and Daqing crude were processed by using a special CGP-C(DQ)catalyst.The calibration results indicated that the cracking conditions were more severe for the inferior paraffin oil and residue fractions of Russian crude with poor cracking performance.The enhanced MIP-CGP technology was used to process 63.34%of inferior heavy oil from Russian crude.The optimal reaction temperature was 530℃and the mass ratio of catalyst to oil was 7.5.The yield of LPG was 26.73%(including propylene yield of 8.83%),the total yield of liquid products was 80.82%,the olefin volume fraction of stabilized gasoline was 24.20%,and the research octane number was 93.0,which could meet the requirements of the assessment technical indicators.At the same time,CGP-C(DQ)catalyst had the characteristics of strong catalytic activity,high propylene selectivity and good vanadium resistance.
