异槲皮苷-β-环糊精包合物的制备及溶解度研究

摘要 采用共沉淀法制备了异槲皮苷-β-环糊精固体包合物,用紫外、红外光谱进行包合物表征,同时利用紫外分光光度法建立了包合物中异槲皮苷的含量测定方法,并考察了方法的精密度和回收率。结果表明,异槲皮苷的日内和日间精密度均小于2%,平均回收率为96.04%~99.88%。在此基础上,对异槲皮苷在β-环糊精溶液中的相溶解度进行研究,发现异槲皮苷与β-环糊精形成了1∶1型包合物;相溶解度结果显示异槲皮苷被制备成固体包合物后,在本实验浓度范围内溶解度最大可提高为包合前的7.31倍。 The isoquercitrin-β-cyclodextrin solid inclusion complex is prepared by co-precipitation method,and the inclusion complex is characterized by ultraviolet and infrared spectroscopy.The determination method of isoquercitrin in inclusion compound is established by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and the precision and recovery rate are investigated.The results show that the intra-day and inter-day precision of isoquercitrin are both less than 2%,and the average recovery rate is 96.04%~99.88%,respectively.On this basis,the phase solubility of isoquercitrin inβ-cyclodextrin solution is studied,and it is found that isoquercitrin andβ-cyclodextrin formed a 1∶1 inclusion complex.The phase solubility study shows that after the preparation of isoquercetin as a solid inclusion complex,the maximum increase within the concentration range of this experiment is 7.31 times that of before inclusion.
