摘要
介绍了物流生态圈及相关研究情况,指出物流组织模式的演化路径,并分析了物流生态圈的演化逻辑,即由他组织向自组织过渡、实体组织向虚拟组织演进、单边治理向多中心治理转变、管理职能化向管理技术化发展、功能耦合向全链协同延伸。最后提出了物流生态圈的演化动力机制,以期推动物流生态圈的不断成熟。
This paper introduced the researches on the logistics ecosystem and related subjects,pointed out the evolution path of logistics organization modes,and analyzed the evolution logics of the logistics ecosystem,including transition from other-organization to selforganization,evolution from substantive organization to virtual organization,transformation from unilateral governance to multi-centered governance,development from intelligent management to technical management,and extension from functional coupling to full-chain coordination.Finally,it proposed the evolution dynamic mechanism of the logistics ecosystem with the aim to promote the continuous maturity of the logistics ecosystem.
