爆破振动无线监测系统在丰满近距离重建坝基开挖中的应用

摘要 物联网技术已经被广泛应用于水利水电工程的建设。丰满大坝重建工程在进行坝基爆破开挖施工时,爆破振动监测采用YBJ-Ⅲ远程微型动态记录仪与其他传感器相连,通过3G网络实时传输,形成一个物联网无线传感器网络。将采集到的信号无线传输到计算机数据中心,实现对爆破作业的监测管控。基于物联网技术的爆破振动无线监测系统具有高度的安全性和网络的灵活性,总体成本较低,可在水利大坝坝基开挖爆破振动监测中推广使用。 Internet of Things technology has been widely used in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects.In the dam foundation blasting excavation construction of Fengman Dam reconstruction project,the blasting vibration monitoring adopts YBJ-Ⅲ remote micro dynamic recorder connected with other sensors,which is transmitted in real time through 3G network to form a wireless sensor network of Internet of Things.The collected signal is transmitted wirelessly to the computer data center to realize the monitoring and control of blasting operations.The wireless blasting vibration monitoring system based on the Internet of Things technology has a high degree of security and network flexibility,and the overall cost is low.It can be widely used in the blasting vibration monitoring of hydraulic dam foundation excavation.
