摘要
以轨道交通车站影响范围为切入点,对直接影响范围内的用地开发进行了研究。通过构建以各类用地容积率为决策变量的多目标规划模型为突破口,寻求轨道交通车站周边用地开发的优选方案。最后以西宁市城市轨道交通1号线博文路为例做了分析论证。
This paper takes the influence area of rail transit station as the entry point and studies the land development in the direct influence area.Through building a multi-objective planning model with various land area ratio as the decision variable,to search the optimal scheme of land development around rail transit stations.Finally,the article takes Bowen Road Station of Xining urban rail transit Line 1 as an example to analyze and demonstrate.
