摘要
以福建卫生职业技术学院学生为例,调查高职生职业责任感现状,并针对学生职业责任感教育不足现状提出解决方案。基于高职生身心发展特点,结合不同年级教学安排,通过职业认知与适应、职业情感与激励、职业意志与巩固、职业行为与调整4个阶段,对高职生职业责任感教育模式进行探究。
Taking students from Fujian Health College as an example,this study investigates the status of higher vocational collegians′sense of professional responsibility and proposes solutions to address the insufficient education of collegians′sense of professional responsibility.Based on the physical and mental development characteristics of higher vocational collegians,combined with teaching arrangements of different grades,this study explores the education mode of professional responsibility for higher vocational collegians through four stages:professional cognition and adaptation,professional emotion and motivation,professional will and consolidation,and professional behavior and adjustment.
