摘要
目的探讨程序管理方案在腹部全身麻醉老年手术患者保温管理中的应用和效果。方法选择80例行全麻腹部手术的老年患者,采取随机数表法将其划分成观察组与对照组(均为n=40),对照组行常规保温措施,观察组行程序管理方案,比较两组的体温变化、气管插管拔管时间、在麻醉恢复室(PACU)的停留时间以及术后并发症的发生率。结果观察组在手术开始、手术结束前5min,离开苏醒室5min的体温明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的拔管与停留PACU时间、发生不良反应概率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论根据程序管理方案实施保温护理可以减少老年腹部手术患者低体温的发生。
Objective To explore application and effect of program management scheme in insulation management of elderly patients with abdominal general anesthesia surgery.Methods The paper chose 80 elderly patients with abdominal surgery under general anesthesia,and divided them into observation group and control group(both n=40)with random number table method.Control group was treated with routine insulation measures,while observation group with program management plan.Temperature changes,tracheal intubation and extubation time,stay time in anesthesia recovery room(PACU)and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results Body temperature of observation group was significantly higher than control group at beginning and 5 minutes before end of surgery and after leaving recovery room for 5 minutes(P<0.05).Time for extubation and PACU stay,incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulation nursing according to program management plan can reduce occurrence of hypothermia of elderly patients with abdominal surgery.
