摘要
目的探究经尿道前列腺扩开术与等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法遴选本院2020年6月-2021年7月收治的130例良性前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,以“随机数字法”平等划分为对照组(n=65)与观察组(n=65),对照组实施经尿道前列腺扩开术治疗,观察组实施等离子电切术治疗,系统分析两组患者效果、临床相关时间指标、IPSS评分、QOL评分、并发症发生率、残余尿量(RUV)、最大尿流率(Qmax)。结果治疗前,观察组与对照组相对比IPSS评分、QOL评分、RUV以及Qmax未见统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的IPSS评分较低,QOL评分较高,RUV以及Qmax指标改善较优,对照组改善一般(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗效果较高,对照组偏低(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率偏低,对照组偏高(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组患者的临床相关时间指标显著较优(P<0.05)。结论良性前列腺增生患者采取等离子电切术治疗可明显提升其临床治疗效果,改善前列腺症状、生活质量、残余尿量、最大尿流率,减低并发症发生率,优化临床相关时间指标,减少术中出血量,建议临床不断深入研究与推广。
Objective To explore comparison between transurethral prostatectomy and plasma resection for benign prostatic hyperplasia.Method:The paper chose 130 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to July 2021 as research objects,and divided them into control group(n=65)and observation group(n=65)equally with"random number method".Control group was treated with transurethral prostatectomy treatment,while observation group with plasma resection treatment.Curative effect,clinical relevant time indicators,IPSS scores,QOL scores and incidence of complications,residual urine volume(RUV)and maximum urine flow rate(Qmax)were systematically analyzed between two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in IPSS scores,QOL scores,RUV and Qmax between observation group and control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the IPSS scores of observation group were lower,the QOL scores were higher,improvement of RUV and Qmax indicators was better,while improvement in control group was in average,P<0.05.Treatment effect of observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in observation group was relatively lower,that in control group was relatively higher,(P<0.05).Clinical related time indicators of observation group were significantly better than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Plasma electric resection can significantly improve clinical treatment effect of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,improve prostate symptoms,life quality,residual urine volume,maximum urine flow rate,reduce incidence of complications,optimize clinical time indicators and reduce intraoperative bleeding.It is recommended to carry on in-depth clinical research and promotion continuously.
