摘要
通过熔融共混工艺制备了PVC/碳酸钙/滑石粉复合材料,研究了滑石粉和碳酸钙对聚氯乙烯复合材料的力学性能和加工性能的影响。结果表明,采用碳酸钙与滑石粉复配可明显提高硬质PVC的力学性能和加工性能,并能降低PVC复合材料的成本。
PVC/calcium carbonate/talc powder composite materials were prepared by melt blending process,and the effects of talc powder and calcium carbonate on the mechanical properties and processing properties of PVC composite materials were studied.The results indicate that the combination of calcium carbonate and talc powder could significantly improve the mechanical properties and processing properties of hard PVC,and could reduce the cost of PVC composite materials.
