摘要
以蛇纹石酸浸渣常压碱溶法制备的硅酸钠溶液为基础原材料,采用并流滴加法制备白炭黑,对白炭黑制备的工艺条件进行研究,并对制得的白炭黑进行表征。结果表明:白炭黑制备的优化工艺条件为二氧化硅质量分数11%,反应终点pH值8,反应温度80℃,电解质添加剂X(无机化合物)质量分数5%,搅拌速度300 r·min^(-1);在此条件下制得的白炭黑的平均粒径为6.96μm,DBP吸收值为2.40 mL·g^(-1),各项性能符合国家或行业标准要求。
In this study,the silica was produced by using the sodium silicate solution which was obtained from the acid leached serpentine slag by using atmospheric pressure alkali solution method and parallel flow drop addition method.The process conditions for preparing the silica were studied,and the obtained silica was characterized.The results showed that the optimal process conditions for preparing the silica were:mass fraction of silicon dioxide 11%,pH value at the reaction end point 8,reaction temperature 80℃,mass fraction of electrolyte additive X(inorganic compound)5%,and stirring speed 300 r·min^(-1).The average particle size of the obtained silica under these conditions was 6.96μm and the DBP absorption value was 2.40 mL·g^(-1).The properties of the obtained silica met the requirements of the national or industrial standards.
