摘要
小儿抽动障碍是一种常见的儿童精神行为障碍综合征,可以引起复杂多样的共患病及继发病,对儿童及家庭产生严重的不良影响;西医治疗此病有药物不良反应大、依赖耐性高等棘手问题,中医药治疗该病彰显出独特的优势。随着肠道微生态学说研究的不断深入,发现“微生物-脑-肠轴”在抽动障碍发生发展中扮演着重要的角色。文章基于“微生物-脑-肠轴”理论,结合中医病理脾胃失调及治疗调和脾胃层面均能将肠道微生态与抽动障碍紧密联系起来,探讨脾胃运化气机失调在小儿抽动障碍发病中的重要地位,进一步浅析《内经》“脾胃同论”论治小儿抽动障碍的可行性,为抽动障碍的防治提供新的中医药理论依据,开拓中医药理论辨治小儿抽动障碍的新思路。
Pediatric tic disorder is a common mental and behavioral disorder syndrome in children,which can cause complex and diverse comorbidities and secondary diseases,and have serious adverse effects on children and their families.At present,Western medicine is confronted with the thorny problems of large adverse drug reactions and high dependence tolerance.Traditional Chinese medicine shows its unique advantages in the treatment of this disease.With the development of intestinal microecology theory,it has been found that the“microbial-brain-gut axis”plays an important role in the development of tic disorders.Im in this paper,based on the“microbial-brain-gut axis”theory,combined with pathological spleen and stomach disorders and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine and taste level are the intestinal micro ecology can be closely linked with tic disorders,explore the spleen and stomach,the disorder of Qi activity in the important position of the onset of children with tic disorders,and further analyses from Inner Canon of Huangdi treatment based on the synonymism of spleen and stomach with the feasibility of children with tic disorders,to provide a new theoretical basis of traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of tic disorders,and develop a new idea of traditional Chinese medicine theory for the differentiation and treatment of tic disorders in children.
