摘要
目的探讨不孕女性的心理状态现况、影响因素及其与生存质量的关系。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2022年1月江苏省人民医院收治的398例不孕女性的临床资料。统计不孕女性心理状态现况,分析不孕女性焦虑、抑郁症状的影响因素,采用Pearson法分析生存质量与心理状态的相关性,采用多因素Logistic回归分析法分析不孕女性焦虑、抑郁症状的危险因素,并构建Logistic回归方程。结果398例不孕女性中焦虑患者占16.08%,抑郁患者占22.11%。焦虑组、抑郁组年龄≥40岁、初中及以下学历、未获得家庭支持、原发不孕的患者占比分别高于无焦虑组和无抑郁组(P<0.05)。焦虑症状、抑郁症状均与生存质量呈反比(r=-0.476、-0.731,P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄≥40岁、初中及以下、未获得家庭支持、原发不孕是不孕女性焦虑、抑郁症状的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。分别建立不孕女性焦虑、抑郁症状回归方程模型:logit(P)=-12.321+年龄×0.932+教育水平×1.023+是否获得家庭支持×0.976+不孕类型×0.897;logit(P)=-11.323+年龄×0.854+教育水平×0.965+是否获得家庭支持×1.012+不孕类型×0.965。结论不孕女性焦虑、抑郁症状与患者生存质量密切相关,而年龄≥40岁、初中及以下学历、未获得家庭支持、原发不孕是不孕女性焦虑、抑郁症状的独立危险因素,其Logistic回归模型有效且拟合效果较好,临床可给予相应的干预措施,改善患者心理状态。
Objective To explore the status quo of infertile women′s psychological status,influencing factors and the relationship with their quality of life.Methods The clinical data of 398 infertile women admitted to Jiangsu Province People′s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.The current psychological status of infertile women was analyzed,and the influencing factors of infertile women′s anxiety and depression symptoms was analyzed.The quality of life and its correlation with their psychological status was analyzed by Pearson method.The risk factors of infertile women′s anxiety and depression symptoms was analyzed by multifactor Logistic regression analysis,and Logistic regression equation was constructed.Results Among 398 infertile women,16.08%were anxiety patients and 22.11%were depression patients.The proportion of patients aged≥40 years old,junior high school and below,lack of family support,primary infertility in anxiety group and depression group were higher than patients in non-anxiety and non-depression group(P<0.05).Anxiety symptoms and depression were inversely related to quality of life(r=-0.476、-0.731,P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age≥40,junior high school and below,lack of family support and primary infertility were independent risk factors for anxiety and depression symptoms of infertile women(P<0.05).Regression equation model of infertile women′s anxiety and depression symptoms were established:logit(P)=-12.321+age×0.932+education level×1.023+family support×0.976+infertility type×0.897;logit(P)=-11.323+age×0.854+education level×0.965+family support×1.012+infertility type×0.965.Conclusions The anxiety and depression symptoms of infertile women were closely related to the quality of life of patients.Age≥40,junior high school and below,lack of family support,and primary infertility were independent risk factors for the anxiety and depression symptoms of infertile women.The Logistic regression model was effective and
